Engineer Contact: Tim Dinger Applicant: Montava Development & Construction LLC Parcel Number(s): 8832000001, 8832000002 Boxelder Sanitation District (BSD) has reviewed the proposed project identified as: Infrastructure upgrades along N. Giddings Rd. and other infrastructure additions required by Phase D of Montava PUD. The District hereby advises as follows:  There is no objection to this proposal.  Responses required to comments below.  The District will respond at the hearing date of ______________. Comments: General 1) Add curb distance for sanitary sewer lines. 2) Add 30’ sanitary sewer easement callout. 3) The manholes preceding and proceeding the casing at the N. Giddings Rd. crossing are not described in the Phase D – Core and Irrigation (BDR240006) utility plan. Both utility plans should be uniform. 4) The proposed sanitary sewer is also described in Phase D – Core and Irrigation (BDR240006). In which project will the Right of Way easements be described/dedicated? Will there be a separate plat for this project? Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
