- The electric main line to the transformer was
potholed and the line was measured at 42”
below grade. Our plan is to run the water
supply to the ADU 2’ below this, and to run
the sewer a minimum of 2’ above. Where the
sewer crossed the utility easement, we will
sleeve the sewer line in steel pipe to protect
the line in the event that future excavation of
the electric main line in performed.

Secondary electric vault to house
connection to home and
separate connection to ADU/
garage.
