Corrective Action Plan (CAP) Groundwater Monitoring at Former Paramont Cleaners, 300-
314 East Mountain Avenue, Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado 80524
To Whom it May Concern:
The Former Paramont Cleaners site located at 300 – 314 E Mountain Avenue in Fort Collins,
Colorado is currently being investigated and monitored under a Colorado Department of Public
Health and Environment (CDPHE) approved Corrective Action Plan (CAP) dated February 9, 2024,
and revised April 29, 2024. The management and handling of contaminated media are being
performed under the guidance and approval of the CDPHE, and the approved CAP currently
includes semi-annual groundwater monitoring and reporting for the site. The most recent site
characterization was completed in general accordance with the revised CAP on December 27, 2025.
The intent of the CAP is to ensure that the site is protective of human health and the environment
and obtain a No Further Action (NFA) determination from the CDPHE.
