Subject: Existing Tree Removal Feasibility Letter
Due to the new east -west street alignment proposed for the Bloom Commercial parcel,
two (2) existing trees along Greensfield Boulevard will be required to be removed. The trees
were planted in the spring of 2025 and are 2” caliper Celtis Occidentalis (Common
Hackberry).
There may be an opportunity to transplant or plant a new tree to the north of the proposed
curb cut for the new street, but due to existing storm utilities, this will be limited to one (1)
tree at a maximum. Final confirmation will need to be confirmed with sight triangles and
utility o9sets.
