Dear Mr. Kaplan:
This letter shall serve as the formal request of Peak Land
Development to have the matter of its plat tabled until the next
meeting of the Planning and Zoning Board. I was just contacted today
regarding the representation of the developer. I had a meeting
scheduled for tonight and have not had the opportunity to review the
matter. Apparently, Mr. Wilson became aware of the potential problems
on Friday, February 4, 1977 , and did not have adequate time to make
an attempt to resolve the problems.
