Sirs:
In reference to the plats sent to us for comments on January 20, 1977,
Public Service Company of Colorado will require dedication of six foot
wide easements behind property lines on both sides of all dedicated
streets for the proposed Stonehenge Subdivision, 3rd filing. In
addition, we request that the developers of East Elizabeth Medical
P.U.D. contact us for discussion of easements prior to drafting of
their final plat.
