RE: John Duffy Water Service
The Council on Tuesday night, the 19th, approved this water service
subject to a petition for annexation and requested that this installation
receive top priority. On Thursday morning, the Duffys went to the
City Planning Department to initiate annexation proceedings and were
advised that the Planning Department did not have time to take care
of them on Thursday and further' had n6thing for them -to sign._ I have
checked with Lucia Liley, and she feels this is satisfactory in that
the Duffys have promised to return to the planners and initiate action
at such time the planners have time. To our knowledge, the permit
has not been paid at this time.
