Dear Mr. Duffy:
On October 19, 1976, the Fort Collins City Council considered your request
for a water tap at 726 Wood Street in the County. The Council approved
your request, conditional upon your initiating annexation into the City.
As I promised you during our October 28 phone conversation, I am sending
you herein a Petition for Annexation form for you to complete. Once the
form is completed and notarized, please return it with ten (10) copies
and a fifty dollar ($50) filing fee. Once the signed petitions are
received the tap permit can be issued, per City Council instructions.
