Scotch Pines East will be purchasing two pre-built sheds from Sutherland's on College Avenue. The sheds
are 8 feet wide, 10 feet in length,and 8 feet tall at the roof crest.
For the shed on the west side of property,we will mount the shed to the pavement via 4 to 6 inch"L"
brackets with 4 to 6 inch Redhead bolts or wedge anchors. Additionally,this shed will be connected to the
current dumpster structured which is anchored via 12 plus 4 by 4s concreted into the pavement.
The shed on the east side of property will be secured with 4 to 6 inch"L"brackets with 4 to 6 inch Redhead
bolts or wedge anchors.
Both sheds will also have the weight of stored appliances and boxed property paperwork.
We hope this information will enable approval of our plans.
