The Fort Collins Land Use Code (LUC) Section 2.2.10 allows an applicant/developer to make minor amends of an approved site specific development plan as long as the development application, as so amended, continues to comply with LUC standards. Staff reviewed your application for compliance with LUC standards and for possible adverse effects your proposal may have on the overall Southmoor Village development. Upon review of your application, your application is hereby approved with the following conditions: 1) The redlined drainage report be revised, 2) The sand & oil interceptor is shown and labeled and shown on the utility plans, 3) Utility Plans mylars be submitted and signed-off. If you disagree with this decision, you have the right to appeal and such request should be in writing and submitted to the Current Planning Department within fourteen (14) days of the date of mailing. However, subject to permit approval,you may commence with work at your own risk during this appeal period.
