Dear Ted, I respectfully submit this application for an administrative change to the Willow Lane Townhomes P.U.D. I am proposing to divide building L into a five-plex and a 2-plex (eliminating one unit) and building K into two 5-plexes (eliminating 2 units). Our objective in proposing these changes is to improve the quality of the development by breaking down large masses of buildings into smaller masses and at the same time create more open space. I think that our revised plan is far superior functionally and aesthetically than the original P.U.D. Please find attached 3 prints of the proposed architectural site plan and 10 prints plus 1 mylar of the revised utility plans. As far as the landscape plan is concerned, it is our intention to maintain all the original plantings in original quantities as indicated on the P.U.D. in a configuration as close to the original as possible. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, ALLER•LINGLE ARCHITECTS P.C. Jeff Benham RJB/mr ST'EWART&ASSOCIATES Consulting Engineers and Surveyors April24, 1996 Mr. Basil Hamdan Storm Water Utility City of Fort Collins P.O. Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 Dear Basil, re: Willow Lane Townhomes A revised building and parking lot layout is proposed for buildings L and K at Willow Lane Townhomes. I have attached a copy of the original layout and a copy of the revised layout. By map measurement, the area of hardsurface is the same on both layouts so the amount of runoff will not change. The drainage patterns will also remain the same with runoff going into the major drainage channel along the south side of the site. The revised site layout will not change the proposed erosion control procedures which were approved May 5, 1994. There should be no further drainage study required for the approval of construction of buildings L and K. Sincerely, Phillip I.
