To Whom it May Concern,
I am writing in regard to Filing 8 plat at Bloom.
This is a straightforward application that cleans up a property line discrepancy in earlier filings. There was a tract line that
went through the middle of the southern pumphouse. Due to needed handover ownership of the pumphouse to the
Metropolitan District, we needed to move the property line so that pumphouse was entirely within a single tract owned by
the District.
