Pedcor Mulberry Apartments) Northwest of Mulberry Street and Greenfield Court Fort Collins, Colorado Terracon Project No. 20205121 Dear Mr. Patterson: Previously, Terracon Consultants, Inc. (Terracon) prepared a Preliminary Geotechnical Engineering Report (Project No. 20205121; report dated September 14, 2021) for the project referenced above. We were recently contacted by Mr. Colin Patterson with Pedcor Investments who requested we provide our opinion regarding whether the referenced report is still valid for this project. We have reviewed the Preliminary Geotechnical Engineering Report referenced above and believe this report remains valid for the proposed project. However, this report is a preliminary report and should only be used for conceptual planning and not for final design. Terracon has been requested to prepare a proposal to provide supplemental design-level geotechnical engineering services for the project. We anticipate being retained to provide these services and the report resulting from these design-level efforts will be appropriate for use by other design team members for final design for the project.
