Is this a walkway? Will this include a gathering and rest space with pedestrian amenities (i.e., benches, tables)? How will pedestrians safely move through this site from and to the trail? This could look similar to the west portion of the site and have a walkway through landscape islands. Please demonstrate site connectivity and an internal pedestrian system per LUC Section 5.9.1 and the supplemental plans of the HC District (i.e., Harmony Corridor Standards and Guidelines and Harmony Corridor Plan). Why aren't all proposed trees/landscaping included on the site plan? Is this proposing multiple phases or is this portion of the site included in the development plan? Please clarify. Where is the pedestrian connectivity? This walkway should continue along the front to meet the walkway south of the site. Will there be shared parking with the southern site? If this is not a phased project (i.e., ODP), this portion of the site will need to be brought into conformance (i.e., landscape and parking) JR Response: Yes, concrete hatch added to clarify walks JR Response: no shared parking with south property, all spots accounted for on site JR Response: adding landscaping to the site plan made it busy and hard to understand so all land- scaping is shown on the next page JR Response: bike path to eastern prop- erty boundary added with striping and curbed refuge area. Phase II Sidewalk im- provements also help increase connectivity for the Eastern por- tion of building. JR Response: phase descriptions added to site as well as a phasing plan. East building use part of phase II. JR Response: to contain tables, notes updated JR Response: landscape area, notes updatedJR Response: walk- way on the east side of courts for building access and spectator viewing. There is con- nectivity east and west across the site and north-south across the site. JR Response: see PFA Hose Exhibit. Based on emergency access easement changes and parking lot revisions, hose length can now be met. JR Response: phase descriptions added to site as well as a phasing plan. East building use part of phase II. Eastern por- tion brought to con- formance with land- scaping and parking standards. JR Response: See emergency access easement and PFA Turning Exhibit. Ham- merhead turnaround added.
