SWITCHGRASS CROSSING BDR– 3800 S Mason St, ~1.39 acres
consisting of one parcel located on S Mason St, between W Horsetooth Rd and W
Troutman Pkwy.
Existing Tree Removal Feasibility Letter
This letter is intended to supplement the Mitigation Plan included in the VOA
Switchgrass Crossing BDR. There are five (5) species of trees on site including:
Cottonwood, Rocky Mountain Juniper, Hackberry, Crabapple, and Green Ash.
As depicted on the mitigation plan, a total of thirty-six (36) trees are to be removed and

removed: Trees 1, 5-28, 30-42, and 45 (as associated with the Tree Mitigation List on
the Tree Mitigation Plan). Further explanation for the removal of these trees is found
