The checklists and requirements below summarize the code; more detail regarding contents of documents and needed information may be found within the Fort Collins Land Use Code(LUC)and Municipal Code. Collins, CO 80526. The Prospect Plaza project is a Multifamily Student Housing project with a core & shell coffee shop. The plumbing fixture counts are based on preliminary architectural drawings and unit counts. Note that the coffee shop will be served by a dedicated domestic water tap and is not included in the calculations below. The project has 696 beds, 259 units. We are providing water tap sizing information in accordance with the AWWA Manual M22 method. Below is a summary of the plumbing fixtures planned for the entire building excluding the coffee shop. Based on table 6-1 from AWWA Manual M22, a 3"tap and meter is required for this project.
