2. DESCRIPTION AND DATE OF MONUMENT FOUND: 3" brass cap in a monument box, PLS 17664
in accordance with monument record dated April 07, 1990 by PLS 20123, monument was
destroyed during Harmony Road construction.
3. DESCRIPTION OF MONUMENT ESTABLISHED BY YOU TO PERPETUATE THE LOCATION OF THIS POINT:
Set 30" long #6 rebar with 2 Y2" aluminum cap in a survey monument box, at some location,
in concrete intersection with ties as shown.
