1. INTRODUCTION
This narrative describes the proposed replat for Lot 1, Block 1 of the B.A.R.I. Barley Research
Facility within the City of Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado. The primary purpose of this
replat is to consolidate multiple parcels into a single, unified lot to facilitate the ongoing
research and development operations of Anheuser-Busch. The replat ensures that all
