The purpose of the property line move is because as the owner of 1908 Harmony Dr we
have used and maintained this portion of 1900 Harmony Dr since purchasing the house
in 2007. It has served as access to the backyard and storage space at 1908 Harmony
Dr. The owner of 1900 Harmony Dr, Linda Gorman, has never had any use for the
property and we just want to make sure if either of us decide to sell at any point in the
future, the access is part of the 1908 Harmony Dr property. The owner of 1900 Harmony
Dr and I have already made a verbal agreement many years ago and now we would like
to formalize this agreement.
