This Letter of Intent serves as confirmation that Lucas Kamtz (my neighbor and owner of 1908 Harmony Dr) has spoken
with me and that I agree with this lot line adjustment through the Minor Subdivision process.
From what has been explained to me, my understanding is that the purpose behind this change is to better reflect the
current occupation lines.
