This memorandum provides a final compliance statement that the Bloom, Filing 6 site layout,
trip generation, and access locations have not changed since the Bloom, Filing 6 Transportation
Impact Study, dated November 2024, was completed, and accepted by the City of Fort Collins. No
further transportation analyses are required.
