THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN AND PROVIDE PAYMENT FOR ALL PERMITS REQUIRED BY ANY LOCAL AND STATE AGENCIES AND UTILITY COMPANIES HAVING JURISDICTION OVER THIS SITE. 8.THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SCHEDULING AND PAYING FOR CERTIFICATION OF THE BACKFLOW PREVENTER BY A STATE CERTIFIED INSPECTOR. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE CERTIFICATES TO OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE PRIOR TO PROJECT ACCEPTANCE. 9.IT IS THE INTENT OF THIS DESIGN THAT ALL IRRIGATION EQUIPMENT BE INSTALLED WITHIN LANDSCAPE AREAS AND WITHIN THE PROJECT LIMITS.
