RE: Approval for CLOMR for Salud Family Health Care Center
Dear Mr. LeDoux,
The City of Fort Collins Stormwater Engineering and Development Review group has reviewed the fourth
submittal of the report titled Salud Family Health Care Center Conditional Letter of Map Revision
(CLOMR) Application Hydraulic Report, prepared by ICON Engineering and submitted October 23, 2024.
We have no further comments and this CLOMR has been approved. Attached is the approved Floodplain
use Permit. Please note that all other required permits must be obtained and approval granted through
the City development review process before beginning construction.
The LOMR submittal will be required after the project is completed (typically within six months of project
completion). As part of the LOMR submittal, the floodplain modeling report must be revised to include as-
built information. A complete submittal package will be required for review by the City. Similar to the
CLOMR application process, the City will review and approve the analysis and report and send out any
suggestions or required revisions via a comment letter. Certificates of occupancy will not be issued until
the LOMR is issued by the City, all outstanding enforcement actions of City Code resolved, and all
floodplain use permits approved by the City. Please note that the floodplain maps are not revised until the
approved LOMR is issued by the City. Any items prohibited in the floodplain under City code cannot be
constructed until the LOMR is approved and the floodplain maps have been revised.
