3. TRACT 'A' IS ZONED M-M-N AND TRACT 'B' IS ZONED L-M-N.
4. ALL POLE-MOUNTED AND BUILDING-MOUNTED LIGHTING SHALL
FEATURE FULLY SHIELDED, DOWN DIRECTIONAL AND DARK SKY
COMPLIANT FIXTURES AND COMPLY WITH SECTION 3.2.4 OF THE
LAND USE CODE.
5. ALL BUILDING AND GROUND-MOUNTED MECHANICAL
EQUIPMENT WILL BE SCREENED AND PAINTED AS
REQUIRED BY THE LAND USE CODE. SEE NOTE #14 ON SHEET 6.
6. CROSSWALKS SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR CONNECTIONS TO
THE OUTDOOR AMENITY AREAS AND SHALL CONSIST OF
PAVEMENT STRIPING.
