bearings contained herein relative thereto:
at the northwest corner of said Lot 1, said point being POINT OF BEGINNING 1;
THENCE North 89° 13' 01" East, along said north line, a distance of 471.78 feet;
THENCE South 00° 41' 15" West, departing said north line, a distance of 74.96 feet to Point A;

THENCE North 00° 38' 44" East, a distance of 20.87 feet;
THENCE North 89° 29' 30" West, a distance of 346.36 feet;
THENCE South 45° 12' 37" West, a distance of 43.28 feet;
THENCE North 89° 29' 50" West, a distance of 63.05 feet to the west line of Lot 1;
THENCE North 00° 30' 10" East, along said west line, a distance of 74.12 feet to POINT OF BEGINNING 1, containing 0.60
