The District hereby advises as follows:  There is no objection to this proposal.  Responses required to comments below.  The District will respond at the hearing date of . Comments: 1) Boxelder Sanitation District Rules and Regulation have specific requirements for monitoring and treating industrial waste. If any use within the building uses falls into those regulations, it will be necessary to coordinate the requirements with Kevin Schmitz, District Pretreatment Coordinator. This could include the design for grease interceptor and monitoring manholes. Applicant shall provide information about the intended use of the facility and potential discharges that may require treatment/monitoring of industrial wastes. RESPONSE: This comment has been reviewed and acknowledged, please note that at this stage we only have conceptual ideas for users but are aware of the requirements. Does the District have a list of building uses that fall into this category? 2) Applicant shall confirm feasibility of connecting to service line along East Mulberry (Hwy 14) Frontage Road. The line labeled as existing sanitary sewer on sheet C-6 is a service line that is not owned by the District. Coordination with the service line owner will be required. RESPONSE: This comment has been reviewed and acknowledged. The developer and team will coordinate this with you. Developer would like to know who is the owner of the service line so that they can coordinate as requested. If the District has that information please provide. 3201 East Mulberry, Unit Q – P.O. It will be necessary to contact them for proper pump capacity verification. Correspondence with AmbienteH2O must be provided to the district before taps can be approved. RESPONSE: This comment has been reviewed and acknowledged. The developer and team will coordinate with AmbienteH2O and share with you. Developer has been in communications with AmbienteH2O. 4) The District requires an agreement that describes that the lift station and force main are the responsibility of the property owner and not the District. The proposed agreement has been provided. RESPONSE: This comment has been reviewed and acknowledged. We will provide the agreement to the individual site developers and they will work with you to execute when they are in their design/entitlements phase. 5) See attached letter regarding development review fees required by the District.
