2.EXISTING UNDERGROUND AND OVERHEAD PUBLIC AND
PRIVATE UTILITIES AS SHOWN ARE INDICATED ACCORDING
TO THE BEST INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO THE ENGINEER.
THE ENGINEER DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF
SUCH INFORMATION. EXISTING UTILITY MAINS AND
SERVICES MAY NOT BE STRAIGHT LINES OR AS INDICATED
ON THESE DRAWINGS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE
RESPONSIBLE TO CALL ALL UTILITY COMPANIES (PUBLIC AND

LATERALS 5' OUTSIDE OF BUILDING UNLESS NOTED
OTHERWISE. EXACT LOCATIONS (HORIZONTAL AND
VERTICAL) OF ALL UTILITY CONNECTIONS INTO THE
PROPOSED BUILDING SHALL BE COORDINATED WITH
APPROVED ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS.
5.WATER AND SEWER SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS. ALL WATER AND SEWER CONSTRUCTION
