A parcel of land located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M.,
City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, being more particularly described as follows:
Considering the west line of said Southwest Quarter of Section 6, as bearing North 00° 16’ 37” East, with the West
Quarter corner of said Section 6 being a 3” aluminum cap with illegible stamp and the Southwest corner of said
