The figures are intended to convey potential options for implementation of the applicable Architectural Standards including the Montava Pattern Book, the Montava Uses, Densities and Development Standards (MUDDS) and applicable provisions of the Land Use Code (LUC). 2.Builders/designers are responsible for reviewing and engaging with the Developer regarding coordination of the applicable Architectural Standards. 3.Compliance with the Architectural Standards will be evaluated by the Montava Architectural Review Committee (MARC).
