Boxelder Sanitation District (BSD) has reviewed the proposed project identified as:
Retail development consisting of 4 pads.
The District hereby advises as follows:

Comments:
1) Standalone easement will be required for all sewers that are not located in the
public R.O.W. and in alley tracts. The easements are necessary to address access
and maintenance issues that are not included on the plat. Standard easement width
for Boxelder is 30-feet. District Easement template is attached.
2) Boxelder Sanitation District Rules and Regulation have specific requirements for
monitoring and treating industrial waste. If any use within the building uses falls into
those regulations, it will be necessary to coordinate the requirements with Kevin
Schmitz, District Pretreatment Coordinator. This could include the design for
grease interceptor and monitoring manholes. Applicant shall provide information
about the intended use of the facility and potential discharges that may require
treatment/monitoring of industrial wastes.

3) Applicant shall confirm feasibility of connecting to service line along East Mulberry
(Hwy 14) Frontage Road. The line labeled as existing sanitary sewer on sheet C-6
is a service line that is not owned by the District. Coordination with the service line
owner will be required.
4) The E One sewer system is facilitated by Ambiente H2O. It will be necessary to
contact them for proper pump capacity verification. Correspondence with Ambiente
H2O must be provided to the district before taps can be approved.
5) The District requires an agreement that describes that the lift station and force main
are the responsibility of the property owner and not the District. The proposed
agreement is attached.
