1. All building footprints and metrics are preliminary.
All MUDDS requirements will be met at the time of
building permit.
2. All structures submitted for permitting shall
provide sufficient dimensions and a summary table
with the following information to ensure
compliance with all approved PUD/MUDDS
standards, to include req./min./max. and what is
proposed:
a. Applicable PUD Transect
b. Setbacks
c. Yard Type
d. Frontage Type
e. Frontage Buildout
f. Glazing % of front elev.
g. Exterior Lighting & Fixtures
h. Materials & Colors
3. Fencing for private lots shall be
reviewed/approved by Montava design review
committee, in compliance with the PUD/MUDDS.
4. Roof elevations must provide details on meeting
solar/PV requirements.
5. A minor amendment to this plan shall be
required to review and approval final architectural
elevations and ensure model diversity.
6. A letter of approval of the Montava design
review committee shall accompany each building
model and/or permit application. Lack of said letter
shall not restrict the city's typical review/ approval/
issuance of a permit.
7. An eave/parapet less than 30ft in height will be
provided at the rear on all 3-story units that require
fire access from the alley.
