GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The proiect is referred to as
Granada Heights Second Subdivi-
sion, file # BDR240005. This request
is for subdividing 1 existing lot
containing 2 duplexes at 1200
Pomona St into 2 new lots, each
containing 1 duplex. Both buildings
on the existing lot are addressed as
1200 Pomona St (parcel # 9703405034)
and are in the Low-Density Mixed-
Use Neighborhood ( LMN ) Zone
District. No new buildings are
planned for either proposed new lot
at this time. Access is taken from
