Bloom Filing Two, File #iFDP230002.
This is a request for a Final Devel-
opment Plan to develop multi-familv
dwelling units (Condos) for District
3 of the proposed Mulberry - Green-
fields PUD (parcel # 8709000039;
8709000004) located NW of Green-
fields Dr and International Bivd.
The proposal includes 152 multi-
familv dweilinys spreud across 13
buildings. Four distinct bui�ding
types are proposed ranging 2-3
stories in height with 8-20 units per
building. The proiect proposes
approximately 60 on-site surface
parking spaces in addition to
attached garage spaces for each
unit in the development. Future
access will be taken from the future
Aria Way to the west of the
proposed units which will be
accessed bv the future extensions of
Internationai Blvd and Svkes Dr.
The site is in the Low-Density
Mixed-Use Nei�hborhood (�MN)
zone district. The associated Prolect
Development Plan was upproved at
the September 2022 Planning &
Zoning Hearing.
