NOTICE is hereby given that on March
3, 2022, the City of Fort Collins created a
Vested Property Right upon the follow-
ing described land:
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Farm First Replnt, File #
BDR210010. This is a request for a Basic
Development Review (BDR) to replct
approximately 5.647 acres to replace 62
single-family attached lots (townhomes)
with 46 two-family attached lots (which
are shown to be built out in groups of
two with two-unit buildings). The replor
is part of Hansen Farm on the west side
of S Timberline Rd at Zephyr Rd. The
proposed project is in the Low Density
Mixed-Use Neighborhood ( LMN) Zone
District and is subject to Planning Man-
ager approval. In conjunction with this
BDR project, there is also a Minor
Amendment (MA210068) to adjust the
approved plans accordingly for paired
townhomes.
