This is a request for a Finai Development Plan to replat the existing Apex Apartments (808 W Prospect Rd, previousiy platted as The Slab) and the lot immedi- ately east (730 W Prospect, known as Haven Apartin�nts) into i lot. There are no proposed changes to the existing Apex Apartments. The site plan proposes a new 3-story 50-unit multi-family dwelling and 2 existing sin9le-familv dwellin5s that will be converted to two-family dwellings. Access is taken from W Prospect Rd to the south.
