FDP210012. This is a request for a
Finai Development Plan to replat
the existing Apex Apartments (808
W Prospect Rd, previousiy platted
as The Slab) and the lot immedi-
ately east (730 W Prospect, known
as Haven Apartin�nts) into i lot.
There are no proposed changes to
the existing Apex Apartments. This
request will intesrate the 2 sites,
including a request to build a multi-
familv dwelling at 730 W Prospect
Rd (parcel #9 71 4321 002). The site
plan proposes a new 3-story 50-unit
multi-family dwelling and 2 existing
sin9le-familv dwellin5s that will be
converted to two-family dwellings.
Access is taken from W Prospect Rd
to the south. Pedestrian and bicycle
traffic can use the exisiing multi-
modal path between the proposed
proiect and Apex Apartments that
connects these sites to Lake Street.
A continuation of the 10' multi-
modal walk along W Prospect Rd
will be added to ihe property
fronTage. The property is in the
High-Density Mixed-Use Neighbor-
hood (HMN) zone disTrict.
