NOTES CATCH CURB & GUTTER PROPOSED BUILDING PROPERTY LINE SIDEWALK / TRAIL SPILL CURB & GUTTER TRANSITION FROM CATCH TO SPILL CURB & GUTTERTC GRADING DETAIL A SCALE: 1" = 10' INFORMATION: Comments were made to the Landscape Plan for this area to require rock or non-floating mulch as to prevent organic mulch from entering the stormwater conveyance. Can we add a note indicating acceptable non floating mulch that can handle flows from the north. I'm not sure this warrants a forebay, but maybe turf reinforcement? similar thoughts in this area, more runoff reaching this area but not sure if forebay/EC is warranted. UCDG Response:Note 11 has been added to the detailed grading plans discussing this issue and referring to the landscape plans for exact locations and specs of this mulch. UCDG Response:This has been coordinated offline and no forebay or TRM has been added but a cobble pad has been added to the outlet of this pipe. This cobble will match the cobble shown in the swales on the landscape plan. UCDG Response:This has been coordinated offline and no forebay or TRM has been added but cobble has been added to this swale prior to entering the bioretention pond. This cobble will match the cobble shown in the swales on the landscape plan. 4/ 2 / 2 0 2 4 2: 2 7 : 5 2 P M C: \ U N I T E D C I V I L D R O P B O X \ P R O J E C T S \ U 2 2 0 1 4 - P R O S P E C T P A R K E A S T \ C A D D \ C P \ C 6 . 0 0 C O N S T R U C T I O N D E T A I L S .
