The District hereby advises as follows:  There is no objection to this proposal.  Responses required to comments below.  The District will respond at the hearing date of ______________. Comments: 1) Standalone easement will be required for all sewers that are not located in the public R.O.W. and in alley tracts. The easements are necessary to address access and maintenance issues that are not included on the plat. Standard easement width for Boxelder is 30-feet. District Easement template is attached. 2) Add distances from curb to sanitary sewer lines on the utility plan. 3) Boxelder Sanitation District Rules and Regulation have specific requirements for monitoring and treating industrial waste. If any use within the building uses falls into those regulations, it will be necessary to coordinate the requirements with Kevin Schmitz, District Pretreatment Coordinator. This could include the design for grease interceptor and monitoring manholes. Applicant shall provide information about the intended use of the facility and potential discharges that may require treatment/monitoring of industrial wastes.
