The Harmony Village Transportation Impact Study, was prepared April 1998. Subsequent to this analysis, the site plan has undergone changes. Revised trip generation estimates were developed to determine if these modifications would result in significantly higher traffic estimates. The original trip generation estimates are provided in Attachment A. The revised trip generation estimates are shown in Attachment B. Based upon the trip generation characteristics provided in the Institute of Transportation Engineers in their report entitled Trip Generation, 6th edition, 1997. A summary of the total trips estimated in the original traffic study and revised to reflect the current site plan is provided below. As indicated in the table, the modifications to the site plan are expected to slightly decrease the amount of traffic generated by the project when compared to the original trip generation utilized in the traffic impact study.
