To Whom it May Concern:
I am wri�ng to request a variance for my project at 3036 W. Prospect Rd. Currently, the
property consists of one residen�al home on a large lot. I intend to split the lot and sell the
northern half as a separate residen�al property.
To do this, the city engineer has stated that this will be permissible only if the northern lot has a
driveway that accesses N. Overland Trail from the northern most edge of the new building
envelope.
The city engineer also requested that a Development Agreement be signed insuring that
whomever develops the northern lot reimburses the city for the upgraded curb, guter and
sidewalks.
