Minor Amendment PROJECT GLIC 106101 200 NO.: Ted, As you and I discussed last week, I am submitting a 'clarification' drawing for the above referenced project. also had a conversation with Glen Schlueter regarding the intent of the proposed Minor Amendemnt,and hope this sketch will be easier to read and understand. To reiterate, this project is only proposing to relocate some of the landscaping in the southwest portion of Lot 10, Harmony Village P.U.D. in order for large panel trucks on the Glick Brothers property to manuver around the corner of their building. The applicant would be removing all turf adjacent to to the Glick property, and replacing it with gravel landscape mulch enclosed in a steel header. The remainder of the area would be finished with gravel in a driveway fashion. No changes to the drainage system or its elements (pipes, swales, concrete pans, etc.) are proposed. Nor are any changes to the parking lot, or any access points to and from the property proposed by this project. Please forward this information to Glen, and whoever else may require it in their analysis of the Minor Amendment. Thank you. If you have any questions, please give me a call.
