The site will include 10 mitigation trees as required by the City Forester and Fort Collins Municipal Code. Please refer to the Tree Mitigation Details on landscape sheet LS03 that corresponds to this list. 1. Tree ID #28 – Bur Oak (7”) – Remove, Mitigation required:1.5, fair plus condition. This tree is proposed for removal due to conflict with grading and construction of development. 2. Tree ID #29 – Bur Oak (6”) – Remove, Mitigation required: 1.5, fair plus condition. This tree is proposed for removal due to conflict with grading and construction of development. 3. Tree ID #30 – Bur Oak (7.5”) – Remove, Mitigation required: 1.5, fair plus condition. This tree is proposed for removal due to conflict with grading and construction of development. 4. Tree ID #31- Northern Catalpa (8”) – Remove, Mitigation required: 2, fair plus condition. This tree is proposed for removal due to conflict with grading and construction of development. 5. Tree ID #42- Bur Oak (5.5”) – Remove, Mitigation required: 0, fair condition. This tree is proposed for removal due to conflict with proposed utility line. 6. Tree ID #43 – Northern Catalpa (9”) – Remove, Mitigation required: 1.5, fair minus condition. This tree is proposed for removal due to conflict with proposed utility line. 7. Tree ID #44- Northern Catalpa (8”) – Remove, Mitigation required: 1.5, good condition. This tree is proposed for removal due to conflict with grading and construction of development.
