RE: Letter of Intent for Easement for Drainage for the College & Trilby Zocalo Development
Dear Development Review Coordinator:
Foothills Gateway Inc. is the owner of parcel # 9611400915 in Fort Collins. This parcel abuts
property owned by College and Trilby LLC and their development plan involves installation of an
underground storm pipe and inlet to capture and redirect offsite runoff from the Skyview South
Subdivision south of Foothills Gateway. These improvements will require a permanent drainage
easement and temporary construction easement.
I will cooperate with ZOCALO Community Development to obtain the needed easements for these
improvements.
