Alternative Modification of Standards Request for Parking
Current off street parking includes 2 driveway spaces in tandem with 2 garage stalls. Current
concrete driveway pad is 24’x20’
The proposal includes the addition of a third parking space (9x20’, gravel surface) provided to
the left of the driveway.
The following justification is submitted for consideration of modification:
1: Main house is a total of 3 bedrooms requiring 2 parking spaces. Second unit is a studio
which requires 1.5 parking spaces. Following standards in 3.2.2(K)(1)(a) there are 0.75 parking
spaces per bedroom required, bringing the total to 3.5.
