The following is my proposal for this project which may also serve as a
supplement to our contract if desired.
Work will be accomplished primarily by Abrahamson Engineering, with help
from Dick Anderson as our special consultant.
Proposed outline of services with estimated time frames follows:

One Review energy conservation measures Two Weeks
utilized by neighboring communities
and the Colorado Office of Energy
Conservation.
Two Develop a model project to test One Week
energy conservation measures (ecm's) .
Test the ecm's for the model project
by implementing heating and cooling
loads into the "Load Design Analysis"
computer program.
Three Prepare the initial draft of ecm's Two Weeks
and award points applicable to the
Land Development Guidance System.
Four Meet with design and development Two Weeks
communities and implement input into
the second draft.
Five Prepare Final Draft. Two Weeks

Proposed fee remains $3,360.00 lump sum, to be paid in proportion to work
accomplished and as per progress statements. Fees shall be paid as soon as
possible after receipt of statement. After 30 days from statement date,
interest shall accrue and shall be paid at the rate of 1 1/4% per month on
the unpaid balance, prorated daily. Fee shall be adjusted for changes in
scope, at the following hourly rates:
Principal/P.E. : $55.00/hr.
Engineer : $35.00/hr.
Draft/Office: $22.50/hr.
