Proposed Development Phasing
It is anticipated that the residential developments will be the first phase to move forward.
The full build-out of the residential zone district is expected to include multiple phases.
Multi-family are included in the development but the type of residential product that moves
forward first will be based on market interest.
The mixed uses of commercial / office /retail are anticipated to be future phases of
development. It is feasible that these uses could move forward at any time depending on
interest by commercial users.
Statement of proposed ownership and maintenance of public and private open
space areas
All park, open and common space will be maintained by an HOA / BOA. If the Parks
Department determines that a portion of the neighborhood park will be located on the
property, it will be constructed and maintained by the City of Fort Collins Parks
Department.
