The north part of Fort Collins has been treated as an unwanted step-child for many years. We have a right to have some of the favorable shopping near us. We travel the full north south length of Fort Collins to reach most of the big shops that we need. Downtown is doing fine. They market entirely different products OCT s U RECB than those for which people shop at Wal-Mart. This project should enhance the downtown market by attracting people back to the north end of College. Traffic could not begin to be as bad as College and Harmony and they continue to encourage building in that area. We should have some of the conveniences that the South part of Fort Collins have been enjoying for years. Thank you for continuing to push for this project. We will be out of town and can not attend the hearing. Genevieve and James Luallen t 4
