GROUPRE: Letter of Intent/Mulberry and Lemay Crossings
ARCHITECTURE
Dear Mr. Shepard:
The purpose of this letter is to express our intention to grant the City
of Fort Collins certain land areas, as shown on Exhibit "A", for a right-of-way
dedication for the purpose of the installation of public improvements for the
121' Street extension. In exchange for these dedications, we expect to enter
into a reciprocal access agreement with the developer of the Mulberry and
Lemay Crossings Shopping Center for access to and from the Shopping
Center. Further the developer shall be responsible for improvements to the
Ninth Street improvements.
Additionally, it is our intent to transfer to the developer the land shown
on Exhibit "A" and it is the developer's intent to transfer to us the land shown
on Exhibit "A".
This letter is to be construed as a letter of intent only and not as a
binding contract. Our intention to grant the above-referenced land for the
purpose of a right-of-way dedication is expressly conditioned on the
execution of binding agreements between the parties.
Very truly yours,
David'(!. Joyce
