GOAL: To encourage development that contributes to Fort
Collins as a unique place by reflecting its physical character
and adding to it in appropriate ways

Article II. SITE DESIGN AND RELATIONSHIP TO
THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITY
1. Entrances:
