Summary of Decisions made � Urility Coordination Meeting for Spring Creek Village

Decisions
TCI and US West to be in open space - Tract C
Lillie Court -
Electric to go between curb and sidewalk on south side
Secondary vaults on north side
Gas to go behind sidewalk on both sides
Provide 13' Utility easement on both sides
Sewer services to be tied into manholes on existing 18" sewer above the crown of the
existing 18" sewer - Roger to verify this in the next couple of days - by Friday 7/17
Sewer services require 3 manholes
If connecting into 18" sewer is not possible increase easement to 19' and keep original
sewer alignment
Sewer and water services to be moved to center of lots
Buildings to be a minimum of 5 foot from curb stop
West Stuart Street
