I am responding to staff comments on the Spring Creek- Village. Transportation Impact
Study. We recently discussed. the traffic operations comments, some of which were
yours and some of which originated elsewhere in the City. Bicycle and pedestrian
comments wece provided by Kathleen Reavis and were discussed in a telephone
conver.sation several weeks ago: Traffic operations and bicycle/pedestrian comments
and responses are provided in the following sections. -
